September 27:
Hi everyone!
Hope you all enjoyed a Spirit-filled church service this morning. We met for our devotional time and prayed for you, our wonderful family, friends, and prayer partners! Since our church service met this evening, we traveled to the beach area today for some sightseeing and shopping. It was rainy most of the day, so we couldn´t see much at the outlook points, but it was still beautiful to see the huge sand dunes and watch the surfers out trying to catch the stormy waves. The highlights of the day included visiting a shop where the owner made crafts out of banana leaves, feathers, and dried flowers. So awesome! Also, we stopped by a lace maker´s shop and watched her weave another wonderful design. We ate lunch at a Churrascaria (meat restaurant) and left stuffed to the gills before heading to the mall.
Please pray for Emily who has a sore throat and for the rest of the team to stay healthy. Diana is giving her testimony at church tonight and the team will perform King of Hearts again. We have organized our supplies and are ready for our second ladies tea tomorrow. Please pray that hearts will be open to the drama and our testimonies. Thank you all SO MUCH for praying!
